The hotel had some positives like its beautiful gardens but fell short in terms of service. The rooms were lacking working locks on the outside doors, which was concerning. The location was lovely within the hotel gardens, yet the service was not helpful at all. The dining experience was not detailed, and the facilities were not highlighted either.
